Our goal is to spread Joy! Therefore we want to gift you with extra Flower Clips each time you place an order with us. The more you buy, the more we give to you. We?ll do our best to select flowers that match your favorites in your Pick List. And we encourage you to pass some of this JOY along to your family and friends as well. Floral Accessories make great gift items!

Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the items you received, please contact us immediately! Send an email to customerservice@flowerclip.com and let us know your concern and will work with you to find the best resolution. For example, if the product is damaged, we will replace it with no extra shipping costs to you. On the other hand, if you just happen to change your mind and want to return or exchange it, you would pay for the additional shipping charges. We do not accept any returns or exchanges if you do not contact us with 10 days of receiving your package.

Shipping & Handling

We will do our best to ship your order within 2-3 days. You can choose to have your order shipped by Priority Mail for $8, FedEx Ground for $10, FedEx Express for $20, or Global Express for $30. Please note that we have done our best to estimate the cost of shipping internationally, and that if there is a large gap between our estimation and the actual cost, we will contact you. Email shippinginfo@flowerclip.com if you have any questions or special shipping requests.

Privacy

We do NOT save or share any of your shipping, billing or credit card information. The only information we store is your email address, if you?ve given us permission. We do this because we want to be able to send you discounts on future purchases.

Payment Processing

We use USA ePay as our credit card processing gateway. USA ePay is compliant with Visa's Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) is a proud member of the MasterCard Site Data Protection (SDP) program. We will complete your credit card payment transaction on the day we ship your order.
